The Arkansas Childcare Bridge
The Arkansas Childcare Bridge is building a statewide network of participating licensed childcare providers to help eligible Arkansas families maintain stable care.
Providers may submit interest for consideration. Participation requires licensing verification, program review, direct-payment acceptance, documentation, reporting, and compliance with program requirements.
Who Can Participate?
Licensed in Arkansas
The physical location must hold an active Arkansas childcare license or other applicable authorization. Any corrective, conditional, renewal, or compliance status must be disclosed.
Serving Young Children
The location should currently offer full-time, year-round childcare for at least one age group from birth through age five.
Direct-Payment Ready
The provider must be willing to accept approved payments directly from Uniting Voices and apply each payment only to the authorized child’s account and approved childcare period.
Reporting and Verification
The provider must be willing to verify tuition, attendance, family payments, other assistance, credits, and balances and provide required reports or clarification when requested.
Before You Submit
Approval Is Not Guaranteed
Submission or provider approval does not guarantee family referrals, family eligibility, funding, payment, or continued participation.
Providers Cannot Promise Assistance
Providers may not advertise or imply that a family is guaranteed approval, funding, or payment through The Arkansas Childcare Bridge.
No Duplicate Payment
Submission or provider approval does not guarantee family referrals, family eligibility, funding, payment, or continued participation.
How Provider Participation Works
1. Submit Provider Interest
An authorized provider representative submits information about the childcare location, licensing, services, enrollment, rates, and participation readiness.
2. Initial Review
The Arkansas Childcare Bridge reviews the submission and determines whether additional information or a full provider application is needed.
3. Verification and Vetting
Licensing, service eligibility, tuition, enrollment, compliance disclosures, and provider information may be independently verified.
4. Participation Agreement
Providers selected to continue must complete required participation, confidentiality, reporting, direct-payment, and program-compliance steps.
5. Family and Payment Authorization
Payments are issued only after an eligible family, approved childcare period, provider participation, documentation, and available funding are confirmed in writing.
Provider Interest Form
Complete this form for each physical childcare location interested in participating. This is an initial interest form, not final approval or a guarantee of referrals, funding, or payment.
Do not submit banking information, passwords, payment credentials, Social Security numbers, or secure tax records through this form. Additional documents may be requested securely during later review.
